Two frogs; good friends sat on a lily pad, basking in the morning sun. They discussed the weather, the perils of frog life, their disdain for snakes, birds and the bad boys that throw stones. They also talked about their hopes and dreams and how they intended to turn their dreams into reality.
As the day got brighter and warmer, one frog decided to jump back into the water because the heat was becoming too much for its body to regulate.
So how many frogs are left atop the lily pad, basking in the hot sun? Did you answer one? Two? Thanks for trying.
Answer
You see deciding to do something and actually taking a step and doing it are two very different things. Two answer our question, both frogs are still on the lily pad! Both still basking in the hot sun. Making a decision to jump isn’t equal to taking the action of jumping. Dreaming is one thing, taking the necessary steps to turn those dreams into reality is another.

I am a mom, wife, believer in God and a lover of stories. I love storytelling because I believe it is a potent means to inspire and educate.
I love when it says “…and slow motion is better than no motion at all.” That phrase really resonated with me! Thanks for your wise words! I guess better slow than no movement- got it!
